After their sales rep stopped in and made an appointmen t to do a demo and then did the demo, Five Stars will not stop calling me! I would recommend to never giv...e them your phone number as they will not stop calling. They even told me on Friday that they would stop calling and then on Tuesday they are calling again trying to schedule a demo when we already had one and decided that this program was not for us!
The rating would be ZERO stars except that isn't allowed! See More

Do not go with this rewards program, if you have issues and wish to get them addressed, they tell you some one will get right back to you, on several attempts t...o get my issues rectified i am told the same thing again and again. Of course no response back. Instead I have had to go to the arrourney general on this matter. This company for me is no good and do yourself a favor. AVOID THEM. See More

This company is so bad about keeping up with informatio n.
My business closed 14 months ago and I still receive emails from their sale staff and "CEO" asking for... my business.
If you are going to be a consulting firm you need to know your clients. I will post on other forums for every email that I get from See More

So far FiveStars gets 5 stars. Signed them up for my businesses recently. Customer service is great, easy to communicat e with, technology is super easy for the staff to use, and so far the response from customers is very positive.

I loved Five Stars when my shop first made the switch. We loved it so much that we got all our other locations to make the switch. The UI was simple and easy to... use. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. This new UI they implemente d a few months ago has been nothing but frustratin g. It is absolute garbage. In the old UI, I could easily go back into the user's profile from the history tab and look at their rewards or make point adjustment s. It was far easier to make point deductions on the old UI. Now I have to go through 50 steps to do this.
Another issue is when a customer asks what rewards they have after I already added their points, I have to have them log back in to check. Very annoying for the both of us. I'm also experienci ng issues where a customer's profile won't pop up on the main tablet. I then have to turn my tablet to the customer to have them log in. Another added waste of time.
I don't want to have to relearn the whole system every time you guys update the UI. See More

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with!
To explain, I patronize a local coffee shop and get 0ne point for every cup purchased. You get a free... cup for 10 points or a free pound for 40 points.
Last week I had about 30+ points and was getting ready for my free pound this week. I checked my points on Sat and found that all of my points except 2 had vanished into thin air.
I wrote the five stars, explained the problem, and was told to the following,
“The best way to go about getting FiveStars points after a transactio n is to contact the business directly. In order to honor our agreement with our merchants, we are not permitted to award points on their behalf. On the bright side, many of our cardholder s have seen success by taking in their receipt for their previous purchase next time they visit!”
Not only didn’t they fail to read and understand my email, but they tried to blame me for their removing my points from my account.
There is no way to see one’s points history Awards, redemption s or activity except for current point total on their website, so there is no way to show what they have done.
The same thing happened a year ago.
I would suggest that you avoid them and use any points you have before they vanish.
Last year when they vanished around 70 points or so, they tried to say I had redeemed them which was completely false.
In both cases the coffee shop employees know me and know that I have never redeemed any of those points. Last year the owner added back in the missing points as he was there the day before and saw all the points I had.
Thank God they still have punch cards for purchase as I’m through with this poor excuse for a company! See More

I love FiveStar! I'm super bad and biased. I shop at ONLY FiveStars businesses !! I use it at all my local liquor stores, restaurant s, and clothing stores. I fee...l so special when I punch in my phone number. I love getting texts from small businesses ! I hate big business. This is an AMAZING program! See More

WILL NOT STOP CALLING! I have politely turned this company down on several occasions after reading reviews however they won't take no for an answer. After being... disturbed by their countless calls and not listening to me as the "customer" it makes me not want to use their services even more than I did after reading reviews. The scripted conversati ons lead nowhere until you simply hang up on them. See More

Not happy with my experience today. Spent $49, received a message said I got 4 points. Which I supposed to get 49 points. And since it doesn't show history o...f how many points I received in each transactio n, I cannot show prove to the store that I only received 4 points for today's transactio n. The store didn't want to hear my explanatio n but said already added and end the conversati on. See More

I am a business owner who uses the program to drive sales. The app they want customer to download steers customers to my competitor s they were not aware of. T...hen if they uninstall the app they do not get promotiona l messages. The program the employee uses to add points does not ask for name and email. These guys are failing at the simple concept of ROI. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER. 4 years user watched it go from good to trash. See More

What is FiveStars ??? We create rewards programs for small businesses to track customer spending habits and to make it sure we get new and lost customers back in the door"

Worked great, until they changed the entire system in last week's update. Went from 5 star, to NO star. Upsets my customers, employees, not user friendly any lo...nger. I've begged for the old version, I've been ignored. Stop fixing what isn't broke! Updates were not needed, system WAS perfect! See More

Sounds good in the beginning but as soon as you pay them they abandon you. I have been trying to get out of 5 stars for 2 months now. It is all about money to them.
Lauren Lang ·
Someone is using my phone number at my local mini mart and using my rewards! Customer service isn't responding ! 20 dollars of my reward money down the drain.
