Our Mission
The GroundTruth Project is a non-profit media organization dedicated to supporting a new generation of international correspondents and documentary filmmakers to go out in the world to produce social justice journalism that enlightens and informs.
We work across generations, media platforms and cultural backgrounds, creating life-changing opportunities for early-career journalists as they tell the most important stories of their generation — stories that affect us all.

About Us
The GroundTruth Project
The GroundTruth Project is a nonprofit media organization that seeks to build the capacity for freedom of expression in developing countries around the world by helping to support a new generation of correspondents who can work together across different media platforms and cultural backgrounds.
GroundTruth focuses on issues of social justice including human rights, freedom of expression, emerging democracies, the environment, religious affairs and global health. We work to foster dialogue and engagement about these issues, with the aim of finding solutions as well as exposing injustice.
