University of Hartford student Brianna Brochu was expelled and later charged with multiple crimes after she systematically and covertly terrorized her roommate Chennel "Jazzy" Rowe. Brochu was caught after bragging about contaminating Rowe's belongings with spit, mold, and used tampons, among other things.
