Counselor-in-Training Program

Participants in Connolly Ranch’s Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program learn to develop their natural good talents into leadership qualities, growing in areas of self-reflection, communication, role-modeling, teamwork and accountability. During each camp session, CITs earn both respect and responsibility while mentoring young campers, assisting staff and enjoying and contributing to this wonderful place.

The CIT Program is open to 13-to-15 year olds. In addition to gaining invaluable hand-on leadership training, being a part of the Connolly Ranch CIT Program makes an impressive addition to any resume or school application!
