Born August, 19 1968 in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

EDUCATION

Graduated from Irkutsk Soviet Trade College with distinction in 1987, graduated from the Irkutsk State Economic Academy in 1994 and completed courses in Irkutsk State Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Russia. Licensed Professional Accountant – Chief Accountant.

She has a PhD in Economics.
