We invited PSI to apply for a GiveWell recommendation in August 2016 because of its work on voluntary medical male circumcision, a priority program of ours. We spoke with PSI in late August and published notes from our conversation.
PSI declined to participate in our process writing, "PSI is getting ready to launch a new strategic plan that will include changes in the way it operates, and wants to focus attention on that at this time."
