I am a college student and before using TeenForce I had little job experience. TeenForce has provided me opportunities in various job careers and allowed me to gain job experience. They have helped me with several hands-on job training experiences such as Trader Joe's and Wingstop. These job training experiences not only gave me an an opportunity to work at these various areas but it provided me insight into seeing how these different places run. I have worked for several companies thanks to TeenForce, during the holiday season I was a gift wrapper for the Wooden Horse this allowed me to opportunity to work in a fast paced environment during a high-stress time of year giving me the opportunity to work in a high-stress situation.

As a college student with very little work experience, I found it difficult to find a job or internship that would help me develop my interests and provide important learning experiences that I could use in the work place. While I had worked for my neighbors and had done several short manual labor jobs, I have never really had a job that has challenged me and helped me grow as an employee. TeenForce connected me with an amazing internship that has given me insight into potential career paths and given me vital skills and experience that I can use to further my future career. Although I applied to dozens of companies as a potential intern, it was very difficult to find available positions on my own. Having TeenForce's help in my job search has allowed me to find work in an amazing company and has given me a truly wonderful working experience that I would not have otherwise been able to have. Their dedication to both the teens and employers is incredible, and I would recommend TeenForce to anyone looking for an employment agency that ensures quality and provides a deep level of dedication to its clients and employees.

TeenForce is an amazing group that changed my life by giving me the opportunity to work in a field that I'm interested in. My work experience was limited, but my interest wasn't lacking. A great thing about TeenForce is that they will give you an interview; a chance to make an impression is rare for teens without much work experience. I loved the idea of not having to apply everywhere that I could think of, following up constantly, and being discouraged whenever things didn't work out. As a TeenForce teen, I just had to call one number to reach out and get my name associated with a number of opportunities. This is a huge benefit for the large population of capable yet slightly hesitant teens like me. I let them know that I just wanted to work, whether it was in a yard or in an office. They came through and got me an amazing paid internship which has and will benefit me for years to come. For any teens, if you don't particularly enjoy (I don't know why you would) searching for "help wanted" and applying for jobs, TeenForce is the place for you. Of course it's always good to look on your own, but it's nice to know that there's someone helping you. And they are motivated to do so because they only get paid once you get paid, so there's nothing to lose really. For potential employers, just ask any of TeenForce's clients how their experience was. The company is adamant at producing an enjoyable experience for its clients by making sure that us employees are serious and ready to meet the demand of any job we are given the chance at. They wouldn't recommend you a teen for the job that they didn't feel was truly capable and best-suited to meet your needs. Another plus is that they do all the employee paperwork for you! So again, there is nothing to lose. For any job where you feel a teen would be best, TeenForce is the best place to find one.

Teenforce has provided an easy and affordable avenue for our small company to hire a smart, driven local teen to help with our business. We've been able to get the level of help we need while he gains practical experience and skills that help him stand out from his peers.
