"You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich."

Visited today with my family, went from bad to worse....
Was sat at a stupidly placed table, my son had to sit behind us in a high chair not at the table due to health and safety reasons.
My fries was cold, my mum found a long hair in her coleslaw and my step dad was given a light up glass the didn't light up.
...No trivia questions, although the lady and gentleman serving us was both very good and friendly.
We was all so looking forward to our trip here, most of the year infact, I have been to the bubba gumps in New York and Cancun, expected so much more from the London restaurant, from start to finish was just a let down

Visited yesterday. Myself and 2 other adults. We hadn't booked but reception girls were great and friendly and we were quickly seated as it wasn't overly busy. I had visited New York branch before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it was on this basis and my recommendation that we went yesterday. However, we were very disappointed. It's a themed restaurant but apart from the photos on the wall, you wouldn't know it. No fun trivia or interaction with staff. The huge TV... was on and expected to see either the movie or clips or even a sound track. The screen was on the Sky set up channel the entire time. Not very interesting. The staff were disinterested and we felt rushed. The food was mediocre and greasy. The bill was expensive and really not worth it. The NYC experience was fun and the food better. If you are going to run a chain then it should be based on the same level of entertainment. I really think that a burger chain would have provided better food at a fraction of the ridiculous bill and we didn't even have a starter, alcohol or a dessert. I'm £80 lighter as I paid and very annoyed. Certainly will not be returning.
How about a refund and not the bog standard reply you seem to post for all the negative reviews. Seems like you don't really care? Tourist trap.

Came in yesterday for my birthday with my husband and 3-year old daughter. Food was lovely however...
Main meals came out when we were only half way though our starter, side dish (which we had to chase for) didn't come out until we'd nearly finished our mains so we didn't bother eating it - although still had to pay for it...
Several times I had to get out of my seat and physically go and find someone even though we had the sign flipped to 'stop forest stop'
Had to again find... someone to clear the starter and mains plates away as our coffees had come out and food plates not cleared.
Not very impressed with the service received at all and laughed when the 'optional' service charge was added to our bill - which we had quickly removed.
Would've rated a lot higher if review was based solely on the food.

second visit yesterday, birthday treat for my daughter and her friend. i mentioned the birthday at booking in and was given a booth which they enjoyed. Food was cold but i didnt want to make a fuss on her birthday so i thought id leave it. If it were not for the loveley columbian waitress who at the end discovered the birthday (only by talking to me) she managed to get the waiters all singing! i would have complained on way out about the cold food but she made it a fab experience! apart from the cold food! and still no teddies in the store, second time in 12 months and still no teddies?

We visited on a Wednesday evening at 6pm. 15 minute wait for a table and had to stand around in the merchandise shop until we were allowed to go up for our table. Staff in restaurant were friendly and attentive but the food was vile! Everything came with chips, even the starter! The fish and shrimp was so bland and tasteless. The dips didn't help as they were all horrible, I ended up drowning everything in hot sauce after noticing the bottle on the table. I ate so many chips and there were still loads left. Definitely will not be back.
