Technical Support
We are looking for a friendly, patient and enthusiastic person to join the RYA in a Technical Support position.
Working within the RYA Training and Publications departments under the supervision of the eLearning Manager, the successful candidate will provide technical support for end users of RYA eBooks, online training and other digital products and services relating to RYA Training. They will also assist in the development and improvement of support material for current and future products.
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.
Salary in the region £20,000 to £22,000 per annum - 35 hours per week, plus a range of benefits including free parking, pension scheme, free life insurance and 23 days annual leave (plus public holidays).

EBook Editor
We are looking for an eBook Editor to join the Publications Department.
The ideal candidate will be a specialist in digital publishing who will be able to manage the development and production of our digital publishing list. This role will also be directly involved in shaping the digital publishing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented publishing professional to join a small, friendly team.
The accountabilities of the post holder will include but are not limited to:
- Digitise new titles, maintain and update the back catalogue
- Plan and manage production schedules of eBooks, apps, and other material
- Co-ordinate external resources including designers, editors, proof-readers and authors
- Keep informed with all digital publishing developments and advise/consult on recommendations
Salary in the range of £28,650 to 32,050 pa, 35 hours per week
Range of benefits including pension scheme, free life insurance, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
