Video stuck in processing

Processing time varies greatly depending on the format of your original video, file size, and upload traffic. This could take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. You should also expect that higher resolution formats will render more slowly. For instance, 720p and 1080p may take significantly longer to appear than 480p.

If after 8 hours you still see a status message next to the video saying Uploaded (processing, please wait), try removing the video from our site and uploading it again.

Here’s how to remove your video:

• On desktop: Access My videos and click the Delete button below the video. Then, go through the full upload process again.
• On Android: Tap the Account  tab and select My videos. Find the video you want to remove, tap the menu  next to it, and select Delete.
• On iOS: Tap the Account  tab and select My videos. Find the video you want to remove, tap the menu  next to it, and select Delete.
• On mobile web: Tap the Account  tab and select My videos. Find the video you want to remove, tap the menu  next to it, and select Delete.
