Established in 1994, Premier Marinas Limited owns and operates nine of the UK’s most prestigious marinas. Our vision for Premier Marinas is to be the finest marina operator in the UK and we aim to achieve this by providing our customers with quality marinas in good locations and superb customer service. To make sure that we are successful in reach our business goals we continually invest in our marinas and in staff training.
About our marinas
Premier’s marinas are all based on the South Coast and our locations include: Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne, East Sussex; Brighton Marina in East Sussex; Chichester Marina in West Sussex; Southsea, Port Solent, Gosport and Swanwick marinas in Hampshire; Noss-on Dart in Devon and Falmouth Marina in Cornwall.
Premier’s core business is the wet and dry berthing of leisure craft and in combination, our marinas are able to offer over 5,000 berths. We also provide storage ashore for over 2,000 boats; in traditional cradles and through our dry stack facilities. Alongside our boat storage services, all Premier marinas offer a fully serviced boatyard facility, run by our own highly trained staff who operate modern well-maintained boat lifting and boat moving equipment.
But that’s not all, we also focus on the quality of our site security and marina facilities with the aim of significantly enhancing our customers’ boating experience. In practice this means that when you berth your boat with Premier, you can expect a safe and secure environment for both you and your boat, good onsite food and drink provision and showers and toilets that set the standard for the industry.
Running alongside our marina services are those offered by our commercial tenant partners. With over 300,000 square feet of property for rent across our marinas, our tenants operate a wide variety of businesses that include boat sales and repair services, retailers and catering companies. These business are critical to the overall attraction of our marinas as they provide vital support services that help us meet our customers’ wider boating needs. We aim to achieve our service goals not only by providing the practical skills required by our employees, but also by immersing our staff in our cultural values of openness and honesty, approachability and respect for our customers - and each other.
