About Twitter Dashboard
Twitter Dashboard helps you manage your business account and make the most of Twitter. With Dashboard, you can easily schedule Tweets, see what people are saying about you or your business, view analytics, and engage with your audience.
You can use Twitter Dashboard at dashboard.twitter.com via the web, or download the iOS app from the App Store.
Setting up a custom feed
The About you tab on your Home screen features a custom feed so you can see what people are saying about you or your business.
The first time you access Dashboard, you will see your name and @username as the search terms. You can change these default settings to add or exclude any words, phrases, or hashtags for your About you feed. Set the search terms that matter to you to conveniently view Tweets featuring that query.
Edit your search teams at any time by clicking Edit on the About you tab.
Scheduling Tweets
You can schedule a Tweet via the web or through the Dashboard app to publish at a later time. Scheduling Tweets is a great way to manage your time and help you determine the best times for engaging with your audience.
Schedule via web:
- Click the Create tab.
- Compose your Tweet, then click on the dropdown menu beside the Tweet compose button and select Schedule Tweet.
- Select the date and time you’d like to publish your Tweet.
- Click Schedule Tweet.

Your scheduled Tweet will appear in the Queue, under the Create tab.
Note: To make a change or delete a scheduled Tweet, hover your mouse over the Tweet in the Queue, then click Edit.
Schedule through the iOS app:
- Compose your Tweet, then tap Next.
- Select Schedule Tweet.
- Select the date and time you’d like to publish your Tweet, then tap Save.
- Tap Save once more, and you’ll see your scheduled Tweet appear in the Queue.

Analytics
The Analytics tab gives you and your business key insights about your Twitter campaigns. View data metrics such as Tweet impressions, likes, Retweets, and replies.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still have access to my old Twitter timeline with the accounts I follow?
Yes, you can find everything you’d usually see on your Twitter timeline under the My Timeline tab on your Home screen.
How do I see my scheduled Tweets?
All of your scheduled Tweets appear in chronological order in your Queue. You’ll find them under the Create tab.
If you’re using Dashboard via the web, you can also see all of your scheduled Tweets in a calendar view. Simply click on Show calendar in the header of your Queue.
