    Remember. The NHS crisis is not the fault of politicians who’ve been in power for seven years, inherited a record patient satisfaction level & has been repeatedly warned of a £30 billion shortfall. It is the fault of doctors, nurses, immigrants & Gordon Brown.

    Distric nursing is such an amazing and valuable service but is so overstretched and short staffed. The pressure is relentless and staff do overtime every single day + still don't get on top of things. I left this summer but still go back as a bank nurse, only way I can do it.

    We are at breaking point in primary care.Either people are honest and we try and make an attempt to resuscitate or we have an honest discussion about the future.Our hospital colleagues are suffering but so are we,below safety levels

    If my lupus , myositis , scleroderma patients aren’t seen and appropriately reviewed in clinic, many will pitch up via acute take & add ⬆️pressure to A&E. It feels like rearranging deckchairs on the Titanic.

    Recognise the significant negative impact that the measures announced yesterday will have on individual patients...but haven’t heard anyone with a convincing argument that they’re not the right thing to do at this point. Regrettable, disappointing...but necessary.

    On 8 Sep 17 I sent a Subject Access Request to / to request copies of pension records. Today I get yet another apology e-mail saying can't respond within 40-day limit. Now on day 111! Thoughts ?

    What work are GPs supposed to stop doing in order to support ambulance services? This has not been thought through and risks harming even more patients by further destabilising other services!

    Using nurses and GPs as 'first response' ahead of ambulance crews is a sad reflection of the pressure the health service is under this winter

    We have issued a new map showing where new funding will be allocated across Scotland: in response to SGPC concerns that practices who will see no difference to funding should be green, not red Allocation formula still needs reworked.
