Registration

Committee Members attending meetings scheduled as part of the World Sailing Mid-Year Meetings programme are not required to register in advance. Members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the World Sailing Secretariat.

Committee Members should report to the World Sailing reception desk at the Maison du Sport to collect their badges.

OBSERVERS

Observers who wish to attend must inform World Sailing in advance. Click HERE to complete the Observer Registration form. All registrations will be acknowledged. If you do not receive an acknowledgment please contact the World Sailing Secretariat.

Observers should report to the World Sailing reception desk at the Maison du Sport to collect their badges.

VISAS

It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa if required. Please consult your embassy / visa agencies in your nation. Please allow plenty of time to obtain your visa.

Letters of invitation from World Sailing may be obtained on request from Pauline Ward - pauline.ward@sailing.org

EGM

All of the World Sailing Member National Authorities may be represented by a delegate at the EGM. The delegate must be a national or resident of the country they are representing and must give notice of their appointment as a delegate in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by the deadline stated below.

The EGM will take place at 09:30 hours on Sunday 8 May 2016. A formal notice of the meeting will be circulated in due course. Delegate appointment forms must be sent to the Chief Executive Officer by 1600 hours Tuesday 3 May 2016. *The form must be signed by the MNA President or Secretary General (or equivalent in position).
