In general medical care, integrated population health has become a high priority for health advocates and new approaches to data analytics and care coordination the rage. But until now, little attention has been given to the linkage of general health and behavioral health.  Recently developed by behavioral health experts in collaboration with IBM is Mentrics, a new technology being introduced to dramatically improve our ability to identify individuals who have co-occurring conditions and are at risk for heavy service utilization and poor outcomes. The Mentrics product could become a future non-dues revenue source for affiliates.
