May is Mental Health Month 2016
MHA is working hard to put together this year's May is Mental Health Month toolkit. We anticipate posting the full toolkit for download in mid-March. Please keep in mind that MHA does not provide printed copies of the materials included in the toolkit; however they are all designed to be easily printed on an office printer/copier.

May is Mental Health Month 2015
This year's May is Mental Health Month Campaign and Toolkit will use the theme B4Stage4 and will focus on how people can address their mental health early, rather than at "Stage 4" - when symptoms are more severe, and recovery a longer process.
