British para-powerlifting athlete Micky Yule set a new personal best on the international platform on Thursday (26th November) on his way to European gold at the IPC Powerlifting European Championships in Hungary.
Ali Jawad stormed to success on day two (Wednesday 25th November) of the 2015 IPC Powerlifting European Championships in Hungary, producing a flawless display in the Men’s 65kg class to claim European gold and silver in the Open competition.
Zoe Newson proved the comeback queen on the opening day (Tuesday 24th November) at the IPC 2015 European Championships in Hungary, winning silver in the European competition and bronze in the Open on her return to the sport.
Micky Yule finished in fifth place at the competition and is now ranked eighth in the IPC world rankings for his weight category.
