Portsmouth competition for club members
We run a weekly multisport club that focuses on Paralympic Sports and adaptations to mainstream sports.
The club is open to anyone, with or without a disability.
An opportunity for people to try clay pigeon shooting and air gun activites in a friendly and fun environment with equipment and instruction provided too!
Clay Shooting will cost £20 and Airgun £5. This includes all equipment and instruction.

Come and experience a great sporting event.
During the day, pupils from across Special Teaching Facility units within Swansea Schools will have the opportunity to sample a number of inclusive sporting taster sessions that will be delivered by our experienced volunteers from both the Inclusive Futures and Young Ambassadors programme. These include; Sitting Volleyball, Beach Athletics, Beach Boccia, and a number of other fun and inclusive activities.
Event is FREE. Youth Sport Trust are inviting a filming company to conduct interviews with volunteers & participants.
Our taster event is suitable for people with all impairments and who are new to gymnastics so everyone can take part. The taster event gives the opportunity to try gymnastics for the first time. You will have the opportunity to try artistic gymnastics and trampolining in our purpose built gym. All siblings welcome!
Our taster event is run by fully qualified disability gymnastics coaches. Please note those with Downs Syndrome must complete AAI screening before taking part.
A celebration of the Paralympic movement and an opportunity for people in the UK to come together to relive the magic of London 2012, National Paralympic Day will be celebrated for the third time since the British public came together to make the home Games of 2012 the most successful in history.
This year, fans can snap up tickets to cheer on GB athletes as they compete in world class sporting competition in both Swimming and Athletics, with Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park providing the focal point of the action.
In addition to the ticketed events in the Stadium and the London Aquatics Centre, visitors can meet some of their Paralympic heroes, try out disability sport for themselves and also enjoy the Mayor of London’s Liberty Festival, which showcases the nation’s finest talent in Deaf and disability arts.
