An adventure they’ll never forget

Come to UKSA on the Isle of Wight for the very best school trips – and specialise in sailing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, windsurfing and team building.

You can choose residential group visits and enjoy our youth hostel style accommodation and all-inclusive packages, or choose non-residential and enjoy the best that UKSA has to offer.

As a youth charity we understand young people and we aim to exceed yours and their expectations. We have funding opportunities and 28 years of experience in running educational school trips – welcoming thousands of young people each year. The majority of schools return time and time again (one school has been coming for 27 years)!

Our inspirational instructors are fully qualified and work on a ratio of 1:6 for on-the-water activities. We have an exemplary safety record and are accredited by Learning Outside the Classroom, Adventure Activities Licensing Authority, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award. UKSA is proud to have HRH The Princess Royal as Patron.

Everything you need is onsite, from the sole occupancy dormitory style accommodation to the dining room serving freshly cooked food. Among our facilities are an eco-friendly indoor heated swimming pool, a drying room for wet gear, and a dedicated children’s area.

All trips are bespoke and visits are designed to be stress free. If you want to explore the Isle of Wight further, we have a fleet of mini-buses. Students can reap the benefits of the Island’s rich history, geography, geology and archaeology with visits to attractions such as Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle or The Needles.

Students may also work towards RYA certification.
