Who’s who in the UKSA board room?

UKSA is led by a senior team with a wealth of knowledge in both the charity sector and the world of sailing and watersports.

UKSA Chief Executive

Ben Willows, CEO

Prior to taking on the role of Chief Executive, Ben was the Director of Operations at UKSA for 5 years.  He came to UKSA from a professional sailing background and has worked at UKSA for over 10 years.  Throughout this time Ben has worked in a number of different capacities throughout the operations of UKSA, which has given him a wide breadth of knowledge about the organisation and its facilities.

Simon Davies, Director of  Youth Development

Simon has worked for UKSA for over 21 years.  He first started as a watersports instructor and has worked his way up through the organisation to the position of Director.  Simon is now specifically responsible for the development of UKSA’s youth programmes and the impact the charity makes on young people.

Dawn Lang, Director of Finance & Business Services

Dawn joined us in October 2015 and prior to  this this she was chief executive at Homes in Sedgemoor.  Dawn has an accountancy background and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.  She is currently a board member for a housing association in Devon and is chair of their Audit Committee.
