The RYA is committed to supporting your clubs, associations and centres in providing good quality volunteering opportunities.

The long term future of our sport depends on our ability to attract and retain volunteers to support our clubs, and deliver sailing activity.

This army of individuals commit their time, efforts and experience to our clubs and centres making it possible for people to enjoy boating and sailing in a welcoming and friendly club environment.

These volunteers are clubs most valuable asset, and it is crucial to invest time and effort in co-ordinating and supporting their efforts.
