ISAF Youth Sailing World Championship 2011
Zadar, Croatia

Roland Mik represented Estonia in the RS:X Boys at the 2010 ISAF Youth Worlds in Istanbul, Turkey. The Estonian windsurfer finished 26th out of a fleet of 30 boats.
As the clock ticks down to the 2011 ISAF Youth Worlds in Zadar, Croatia Mik began his preparation for Zadar in Kieler-Woche where he finished 38th in his first ISAF Grade 1 Event.

For the Estonian his aim his to progress, "I hope to improve on last years points and scores and train a lot and achieve on the first half of competition."

"The 2010 ISAF Youth World taught me how to get better on the races. I wasn't so experienced and after the event I gained a lot of experience."

Sailing begins on Saturday 9 July with 12 races scheduled until Friday 15 July.
