Organizers of the ISAF Grade 4 Rolex Women's Match and the St. Petersburg Yacht Club in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA, will offer an introductory match racing clinic with World Match Racing Champion and America's Cup sailor Ed BAIRD.
Ed BAIRD who is currently ranked number 3 in the world on the ISAF World Match Racing Rankings and is the defending ISAF World Match Racing Champion will be able to offer the participants valuable expertise.

The two-day clinic will take place April 7-8 and precedes the three-day Rolex Women's Match scheduled for April 9-11. The clinic and regatta will be raced in Sonar class keelboats on Tampa Bay.

"This is an excellent opportunity to learn about match racing through classroom instruction and practical on-the-water drills with one of the world's most experienced match racers and coaches," said Pat SEIDENSPINNER, chairman of the Rolex Women's Match.

The Rolex Women's Match was created in 2002 to introduce women sailors to match racing.
