After five days of intense fleet racing and eight races in the beautiful archipelago of Nynäshamn, Sweden, 'Artemis XIV' helmed by Norwegian sailor Kristian Nergaard and his crew composed of Johan Barne and Trond Solli Säther wins this years edition of the 5.5 Metre World Championship with the perfect score of seven points.

Opening salvos were fired on the opening day between the 40 boats competing in the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup and the Rolex Maxi 72 World Championship, organised by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in conjunction with the International Maxi Association.

The stakes at ISAF Sailing World Cup Qingdao, taking place from 14-20 September 2015, will be raised with Rio 2016 Olympic Sailing Competition places on the line.

After four days of intense racing in Brouwersdam, the Netherlands, Swedish Björn Holm was crowned the new World Champion in ISAF-class Kona One.
