Cadet World Championship 2005
Sanxenxo, Spain

James RUSDEN and Erin CLARK are the 2005 Cadet World Champions after a dominant performance in Sanxenxo, Spain.
RUSDEN and CLARK scored their fifth bullet of the Championship on the final day to claim the title in the 69 strong fleet. The pair had been on top since an opening blast of four straight bullets had signaled their intentions early on. Despite a mid series wobble caused by the irregular wind conditions, RUSDEN and CLARK finished strongly to take the World title by nine points from fellow Britons, Stephen VIDELO and Aaron WOOLF. Victoria TRAVASCIO and Maria Eugenia JASSON (ARG) claimed third place after finishing fourth in the final race of the Championship.
