Sam Gilmour and Team Australia have won the ISAF 2015 Youth Match Racing World Championships held out of Swinoujscie, Poland.

The final day at ISAF Sailing World Cup Qingdao was filled with tension as the Medal Races decided the podium places, Rio 2016 Olympic qualification spots and Abu Dhabi World Cup Final positions.

It's Day 5 in Qingdao which means it is Medal Race Day. After four days of sailing the top ten are ready for one final race to decide who goes to the centrepiece final in Abu Dhabi.

The spots for the ISAF Sailing World Cup Qingdao Medal Races were decided as fleet racing concluded for the 320 sailors from 32 nations competing across nine classes.

Throughout the ISAF Sailing World Cup Qingdao Cypriot Laser sailor Pavlos Kontides will be talking to us in something we like to call 'Kontides' Corner'.

It's set to be a showdown between Joachim Aschenbrenner (DEN) and Sam Gilmour (AUS) in the final of the ISAF Youth Match Racing World Championship in Swinoujscie, Poland.

With switches aplenty at the top of the leader boards on Day 3, all sailors will be looking to gather a bit of form on Day 4 to head into the medal races with.

Another day of light breeze and testing current made for minimal separations across the nine fleets competing at ISAF Sailing World Cup Qingdao.
