Backend Web Developer (Mid to senior weight)

We're on the hunt for an additional web developer to join our team.

We don't obsess about skillsets and keywords; who you are and how you think are more important, but if you want an idea of what the role entails, then in a nutshell it'll mostly be building websites based on the Umbraco CMS. That means almost exclusively .Net (mostly MVC, although we maintain a few WebForms projects), with some crossover knowledge into frontend technologies (in particular AngularJS). Any experience with cloud/server configurations, continuous integration and deployment, etc would be a distinct advantage.

We work in a relatively fluid & lean way so you'll need to be comfortable working iteratively with the rest of the team to deliver an outstanding result without specifications or intensive project management. You'll be expected to take ownership of your elements of a project, working alongside UXers, designers, frontend and junior backend developers, under the umbrella of a digital producer and our technical manager, to take projects from concepts to delivery and beyond. The role sits a mid- to senior level, so would suit if you're a solid developer looking to take the next steps up the ladder towards a senior or team-lead role.

Being a busy agency, you'll be working on multiple projects at the same time, some greenfield, some maintenance, and so will be expected to take responsibility for your own time management and delivery within the team.
