Severe weather possible across central Plains

The NWS Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a risk of severe thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and evening across portions of the central Plains, mainly across Kansas and extreme portions of southern Nebraska and western Missouri. There is an Enhanced Risk across northern Kansas, where large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes are possible.
