Summary

Sourcing of a Toll free system at GUINNESS Cameroon

This was an Information System and technology sourcing project aiming to find the best supplier who could set up a Toll free number and render maintenance and management services for Guinness Cameroon.

As far as procurement is concern we went through the below stages
- Design a sourcing Strategy: Identify & Define the need, Study our information system as it was (SWOT analysis), Market study, Identify Strategic options and recommend, shortlist supplier
- launch the RFI
- launch the RFQ
- Write the contract and set KPI
- Evaluate the project and identify the GAP
- Evaluate supplier performance.
