ISAF Womens Match Racing World Championship
Calpe

The ISAF Womens Match Racing World Championship is going to start today. The level of the competitors is very high. A notable absence is that of the last three times World Champion, Dorte Jensen.
Marie Bjorling (SWE) is the favourite ranked 1 in the ISAF World Ranking, but skippers like Lotte Meldgaard (DEN, ranked 2), Mallin Milbourn (SWE, ranked 5), Dawn Riley (USA) are going to work hard to beat the her. It will be an exciting competition.

The Crews had the official training day yesterday at the Club Nautico de Calpe, in Calpe, Alicante, Spain. Each crew have had 2 hours to practice with the J-22 boats.
