London 2012 Olympic Sailing Competition
Weymouth and Portland, Great Britain

We've been blessed with glorious conditions so far in Weymouth and Portland for the London 2012 Olympic Sailing Competition and that continues again today.

It'll be similar conditions to yesterday with sunny spells and low risk of showers. The wind will blow 12-16 knots throughout the day but between 16:00-15:00 it's set to decrease to 8-14 knots. Gusts will be in between 18-23 knots, again decreasing later on in the day to 14-18 knot gusts.

The Laser and Radial Medal Race positions will be decided today and there's several key battles in both fleets. Pavlos Kontides (CYP) and Tom Slingsby (AUS) are in a two way battle for Laser gold whilst Evi Van Acker (BEL) overthrew Annalise Murphy (IRL) in the Radial. They set sail at 12:00 local time on Weymouth Bay West.

The Women's Match Racing Round Robin comes to an end today with Olivia Price (AUS) the only undefeated Match Racer. The rest will be jockeying for position to move into the best draw for the Quarter Final. Racing begins no earlier than 14:00 on the Nothe Course.

Marina Alabau (ESP), Zofia Klepacka (POL) and Lee Korzits (ISR) resume their three way battle in the Women's RS:X at 12:00 on the Nothe Course. The Men's fleet start afterwards on the Portland Harbour course at 14:00 with Dutchman Dorian Van Rijsselberge holding a good lead.

Two British teams lead the Men's and Women's 470 and they'll be hoping that's the same at the end of the day, the men get the fleet racing underway at 14:00 on Weymouth Bay South.

Follow all the action on the ISAF Olympic Live Blog which will bring competition updates and instant reactions to the action on the race course. Fans can check in and ask our media team questions to get the very latest information. The blog will start one hour before racing each and every day of the competition.
