The Austrians Roman Hagara and Hans Peter Steinacher are leading the Tornado fleet after 6 races. Whilst the Brit Ben Ainslie, current European and World Champion, is leading the Finn class after five races.
Two previous Olympic Gold Medallists are leading the men and women's Mistral fleets. Nikos Kaklamanakis (GRE), Gold medallist from Atlanta 1996, is leading the Mistral men fleet by some margin in his home waters, whilst Alessandra Sensini, Gold medallist from Sydney 2000, is leading the Mistral women.

Johan Molund and Martin Andersson (SWE) lead the 470 men after 8 races, whilst Sofia Bekatorou and Emilia Tsoulfa (GRE) are dominating the 470 women's fleet after 7 races.

In the 49ers Christoffer Sundy and Frode Bovim (NOR) are leading, whilst in the Yngling class Hannah Swett, Joan Touchette and Melissa Purdy (USA) are out in front.

The Laser and Europe classes had a rest day yesterday. Paul Goodison (GBR), current ISAF World Ranked number one, is leading the Laser Class after five races. Solenne Brain (FRA) is leading the Europe Class.
