Rungsted

Following a night with heavy rains and thunderstorms the sailors went out to the courses in fresh conditions under cloudy skies.
In the course of the day the wind moderated from 20 kts to 8-10 kts, but the sun came out to make it a perfect sailing day.

The Europes and Lasers completed 3 races and the Ynglings and Finns went back on schedule with 4 races.

On the Yngling course a serious collision between between ESP 3 and ITA 12 sent Christiana Monina and her crew to Børresens Boatyard for repairs retiring from the regatta, ESP 3 was disqualified.

After two days racing the Ynglings have two Danish, two Spanish and two Australian crews leading the fleet with Dorte O. Jensen enjoying the happy hour as the class leader.
In the Finns the top four are two Danes and two Swedes with Johan Tillander in the lead
The Lasers also have four boats close together leading the pack with Robbie McMillan, NZL, one point ahead of Jon Holroyd, AUS.
Ditte Juul, DEN, has secured a 5 point lead over Sarah Macky, NZL, and Trine Abrahamsen, DEN.
