2015 ISAF Training Scholarship

Candidates from six National Olympic Committees (NOCs) are to take part in the 2015 ISAF Training Scholarship held at the ISAF Secretariat in Southampton, Great Britain.
Richard Aspland - ISAF
In recognition of his role as skipper of the New Zealand boat 'Black Magic' the winner of the 1995 America's Cup.
In recognition of her triumph in Leg 1 of the 1994/95 BOC Challenge (Charleston - Cape Town), won by a margin of 1,200 miles, setting a race record of 35 days, 8 hours, 52 minutes.
1st - Class I BOC Challenge, by winning 3 out of the 4 legs (also won BOC in 1991)
Unassisted single-handed circumnavigation under sail in 285d, Oh, 26m, 27s. Only the third by a lady.

1st 1995 IYRU Nautica Word Youth Sailing Championship - girls double-handed discipline.
