Showers and thunderstorms expected Rockies and Southwest, parts of eastern U.S.

A frontal system moving across the northern U.S. will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to much of the interior West on Wednesday, with monsoonal moisture contributing to the chance of rain across parts of the Desert Southwest. Meanwhile, showers and thunderstorms are possible across parts of the eastern U.S., including Florida, the coastal Carolinas and northern New England.
