ISAF Sailing World Cup | 2012-2013

Some changes were made to the ISAF Sailing World Cup 2012-2013 series, primarily the shortening to four regattas. ISAF Sailing World Cup Melbourne began proceedings in December and was the first outing for the new Olympic women's skiff the 49erFX.

Miami followed in January with the introduction of the Nacra 17 and the mixed multihull event. As many sailors tried out the new equipment and new crewing combinations the focus of hearts and minds on Rio 2016 is already intensifying.
