Jinniu Sailing Centre is located in the northeast of the Liuhe District of Nanjing, it is around a 30 minute drive from the Youth Olympic Games Village.
Jinniu Lake was built in 1959 and is the largest artificial lake in Nanjing, the depth of the lake varies from 7m - 10m. The lake is up to 2,200m in some parts and 1,200m at the narrowest end.
