The ISAF Annual Conference is taking place from 7-14 November 2015 at the Kempinski Hotel, Haitang Bay, Sanya, China.�
Kempinski Hotel Haitang Bay Sanya is a 35min drive from Sanya Phoenix International Airport via motorway.
The Resort is situated in a privileged position at the beginning of the National Coast Haitang Bay close to Haitang Plaza, right opposite the beautiful Wuzhizhou Island. The Resort is at the beginning of an 18km long pristine and beautiful sandy beach, which is part of an environment protected zone

In order to obtain a visa invitation letter from the Conference host MNA delegates must provide the following information to the Chinese Yachting Association:
Date of birth
Nationality
Passport Number
Name of MNA
Role in ISAF (committee member / class representative etc)
Requests for visa invitation letters with the information above should be sent to the Chinese Yachting Association.
Obtaining a visa for entry into Chinese territory including Sanya�will most likely take up to 30 days depending on the procedures within your nation so please do this as much in advance as you can.�� ISAF recommends that you contact a reliable travel agency / Chinese Embassy to find out what costs will apply and how to obtain your visa.
Airport
Sanya Phoenix International Airport provides connections to all major domestic airports, like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, Chengdu, Harbin, Shenyang and Wuxi, and to the international airports of Hong Kong and Taipei.

Volunteers from the Chinese Yachting Association will be at the airport to assist delegates with taxis to the hotel.� The taxi fare is RMB 203 (circa GBP 22 / 30 Euro)

Committee Members attending meetings scheduled as part of the ISAF Annual Conferenc programme are not required to register in advance. Name badges will be available for collection from the ISAF Reception desk. Committee members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the ISAF Secretariat.
It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa if required.

Spouses / Partners
Sections 1 and 3 of the registration from but be completed for Spouses / partners who wish to be included in social events and /or attend meetings.
ISAF Classes Committee Meeting Sunday 8 November 2015
Representatives appointed to attend the ISAF Classes Meeting, must complete the Appointed Class Representative Registration Form and are requested to return it to the ISAF Secretariat no later than Friday 30 October 2015.
