Draper-Greenhalgh: Final practice day, Palma

Written by Chris Draper  | 27 March 2010

Glamour sailing again today out here in Palma. 12 knots, big waves and sunny. We had a little bit of practice racing today with a good bunch of the top foreign teams.

We sailed a nice race to have a third before heading in to show the boat its final bit of pre-event love.

All the usual suspects we're sailing well and Peter and I felt nice and comfy in the boat. The boat has had its last tickle, our training notes have all been re-read and we are feeling like coiled springs raring to go.

Racing starts at 1400 tomorrow. Fingers crossed for another nice day in Palma.

Thanks to all our sponsors and supporters for helping us to prepare as well as we can for this first regatta of the European season.

We'll keep you posted on progress.

All the best,
Chris and Peter
