THE PIG Hotel launched in 2010 with a hastily produced website. 12 months on, they recognised the need for a solution that would; allow new hotels to be added, create a simplified, integrated booking process, provide a centralised customer database and allow a continuous plan of development and updates.
Since the launch Etch have also been responsible for all online activity including PPC campaign management, social marketing, email marketing, SEO and content strategy. Working closely with the marketing team, constant UI improvements have also been launched across THE PIG website.
THE PIG saw a 30% increase in website traffic, and a 267% increase in traffic from social when the site redesign launched.
