We're always on the hunt for talented individuals to join our growing team of user experience, design and development experts. We're a busy agency, working on multiple website and digital projects for clients of all sizes (including some well-known large national organisations).
This is a great opportunity to start your career in this cutting-edge industry, and for the right individual, make a real contribution to our growth and success for years to come.
You'll probably have some experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, but in particular, any knowledge of server-side/backend development (especially in a content management system/CMS) would be very helpful. Most of our projects are based on the Microsoft .Net stack, but as a recent graduate, we recognise that you might not yet have that broad a range of matching skills. That doesn't matter - who you are and how you think are more important to us, as we can teach you the rest.
We work in a relatively fluid & lean way so you'll need to be comfortable working iteratively with the rest of the team to deliver an outstanding result without detailed specifications or intensive project management. You'll be expected to take ownership of your elements of a project, solving problems and working with your team to take a project from concepts to delivery and beyond. You'll have a passion for anything and everything digital, and should be able to tell us what you think "the next big thing" might be.
Experience: 2+ years
Salary band: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
We don't obsess about skill-sets and keywords; who you are and how you think are more important, but if you want an idea of what the role entails, then in a nutshell it'll mostly be maintaining and building websites based on the Umbraco CMS. That means almost exclusively .Net (some webforms and increasingly MVC), although crossover knowledge of frontend (in particular JavaScript development including AngularJS) would be very helpful.

You'll be expected to take ownership of your elements of a project, working alongside UXers, designers and frontend developers, under the umbrella of a digital producer and our technical manager, to take projects from concepts to delivery and beyond.
Being a busy agency, you'll be working on multiple projects at the same time alongside a lengthy list of maintenance and update tasks, and so will be expected to take responsibility for your own time management and delivery within the team.

If it still feels right after that - welcome aboard!

We're on the hunt for a digital marketing executive to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing our clients’ successful search marketing (SEO & PPC) campaigns, with a strong leaning towards organic search engine optimisation. You will have demonstrable experience in website optimisation, preferably (but not essentially) within an agency environment.
It will be a bonus if you are also well-versed in:

Recruitment Agents
You probably already know that we receive an endless stream of unsolicited calls from you anyway, and this ad isn't an excuse to consider those calls solicited. We want to build the best team with the best people, which means those that show the initiative and desire to approach us directly, not those that just match keywords. If you feel you've screened and identified the perfect candidate then please let us know, but don't just send us CVs - that wastes both of our time.
