Blisters Like Never Before

Well we've had a bit of a change of pace on the training front for the Sonar Team over the past few days.
We've been very lucky to have been training with the Match Race girls, Lucy, Annie, Katie and Mary in preparation for their World Championships which funnily enough is in Sonars! How handy it is that we happen to have 2!!??
Its been great to do something different to the normal fleet race training that we are used to! I never knew Sonars could do some of the manoeuvres that they have been doing over the last 2 days on the water!!
Thanks must go to the Girls for all their new ideas, and I hope we have helped a little bit when it comes to sailing a Sonar! Best of luck to the Girls in their up and coming Champs! Now its off to bed, we are all a little bit broken after that; I've even got blisters, which I never get!
