RYA Scotland are seeking to appoing a Coach Education Development Manager.

The Role

Coaches and Instructors are critical to our sport, they are the engines of the player pathway nuturing new talent and supporting athletes and participants to achieve their potential and they are often the first point of contact that a newcomer to the sport will experience.  This critical group has always been important to Royal Yachting Association Scotland and we are seeking an exceptional individual who will inspire, support, nuture and develop coaches and instructors across Scotland.

RYANI ARE SEEKING TO APPOINT AN ACTIVE CLUBS COORDINATOR

We are pleased to announce that through the Sport NI Active Clubs programme, we are currently seeking to appoint an Actvie Clubs Coordinator.  The purpose of this role is work in partnership with RYA clubs and training centres to create and implement sustainable introductory and regular sailing and windsurfing activity.
