Making a Lasting Power of Attorney means you choose the person you trust to make these decisions for you if you cannot do so yourself. If you do not make a Lasting Power of Attorney the court decides who is appointed to represent you. This is expensive, and can often mean significant uncertainty for your family.

A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to choose someone you can trust to make decisions on your behalf when you are unable to in the event that your health deteriorates unexpectedly or you have an accident.

A combination of a Will and a Lasting Power of Attorney made simple.
As a member of staff at UKSA, you qualify for a 20% discount from the fixed fees for these legal services. Other benefits include a free review of an existing Will, free bereavement and estate protection telephone helpline and free storage of documents. Not only that, any friends and family you introduce to legalmatters will also qualify for the 20% discount and associated benefits.
