Google: A great workplace for women
At Google, our mission is to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible. But, as Yolanda Magnolini, director of global diversity talent, explains, “There’s no way we can deliver on that mission if our workforce doesn’t reflect the diversity of our users—and women are an important part of that equation.” Google empowers women to succeed by providing academic scholarships to future leaders in technology and supporting employee resource groups like Women@Google. Watch this video to learn how women in our Asia Pacific offices have grown in their careers.
