Thames Valley and London Instructor Training and CPD 

The 2015 RYA Instructor Training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme for Thames Valley and London (TVL) Region is now live.

Steve Mitchell, TVL Regional Development Officer, writes:

The 2014 programme was very well received by TVL clubs and centres and we are pleased to offer an enhanced programme in response to the feedback.

A great deal of thought and planning has gone into the programme in order to compliment the club development work we are delivering across the TVL region.  

Supporting clubs to increase the ability and confidence of club members, along with the development of club RYA instructors, are identified by many clubs as key areas of need in order to help the growth and stability of club membership. So we hope the 2015 programme will continue to support this. 

Highlights for our 2015 programme are the enhancement to our windsurfing and keel boat offers, both of which include opportunities for CPD and Instructor training.  

Windsurfing is becoming stronger throughout the region so we are keen to support growth in this area.   

There is a real mix of training and CPD available so it is well worth spending some time to view what is on offer.  Places are limited so do book early so to not be disappointed.
