Eligible products will display an AutoShip tab on the product page. Simply select this tab, choose the item, and add it to a new or existing AutoShip order. Then, follow the guided steps to set up your delivery schedule, shipping address, and payment method.

ORDERING

Can I set up multiple AutoShip orders?

You can schedule up to two different AutoShip orders. We realize that you might not run out of dog food at the same rate as dish soap.

Are AutoShip orders eligible for free shipping?
Any AutoShip order of $49 or more is eligible for free shipping.

MANAGING

How do I manage my AutoShip order?
On the top of any page, go to Your Account; then AutoShip Orders, where you can add/remove items, adjust delivery dates, enter promotional codes, and toss in One-Time items.

Can I manage my AutoShip order through my mobile or tablet device?
Yes, you can manage your AutoShip order through mobile or tablet devices by using your browser.

Can I change my AutoShip order?

With the exception of a "Ship it Now" order, you can change your AutoShip order at any time up until 11 p.m. ET the day before your order ships. After that time, your order will be packed and shipped. We'll send you a final confirmation email, reminding you that it's your last chance to change your upcoming AutoShip order. If you choose "Ship it Now" for your first delivery, your order will be processed immediately.

Can I cancel my AutoShip order?
You can cancel your AutoShip order at any time, with NO penalties, and NO fees. Just click the "Delete Order" link on your Manage Order page.

What if I want to skip an AutoShip delivery?
Just hit the "Skip Next Delivery" button on your Order Details page. Your AutoShip schedule will return to normal after the selected delivery is skipped.

Can I return AutoShip items?
You can return a product within 365 days of purchase, and we'll issue a full refund. We'll also pay for the return shipping. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging. See our full Return Policy.

What if I need to change the size of the diapers I order?

It's easy! You can update the size of the diapers in your AutoShip order by going to the Manage Order page and selecting the new size from the size drop-down menu. There's no need to delete the diapers from your order or start a new order.

What if an item in my AutoShip order goes out of stock?
If any of the items in your AutoShip order go out of stock, we'll email you before your order ships. Once an out-of-stock item becomes available, it will be shipped with your next scheduled AutoShip delivery. You also have the option to order the re-stocked item before your next AutoShip delivery.

What happens if my item is discontinued?
If your item is discontinued and no longer available, we will remove it from your AutoShip order and notify you by email.

SAVINGS & DISCOUNTS

What are AutoShip discounts?
AutoShip discounts are ongoing discounts of 5% or more, available on select AutoShip-eligible products. These discounts automatically apply -- no codes to enter! Some products may also be eligible for AutoShip Bonus Savings. Bonus Savings are additional discounts for eligible orders that combine select products, such as diapers and wipes. Look for the Bonus Savings message under the AutoShip tab on select product pages. Once again, there are no codes to enter, and the discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to change or cancel AutoShip promotions, and the criteria used to determine eligibility for such AutoShip promotions, at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, regardless of whether you have a current AutoShip subscription.

Can I use promo codes and eCoupons on AutoShip orders?
All eligible eCoupons will be automatically applied to your AutoShip order. You can apply applicable promo codes when you confirm your AutoShip order. In the "Payment" section of checkout, simply enter any promo codes in the "Promotion/Savings Code" box, and the discount will be applied to your order. Only eCoupons and promo codes that are active at the time your order ships will be applied.

Why does it say the prices are estimated prices?
The product prices you see when you set up your AutoShip order and in your upcoming delivery emails are estimated prices. Final price is set at time the products ships.

Are all products on your sites eligible for AutoShip?
We've selected the most commonly re-ordered products across our sites and made them eligible for AutoShip -- and we're always adding more. While not all products are eligible for AutoShip, you can add thousands of items from Diapers.com, Soap.com, Wag.com, BeautyBar.com, and VineMarket.com to your AutoShip orders.

What are One-Time items?
One-Time items are non-recurring items that you can add to your upcoming AutoShip order. Maybe you need lipstick, or a chew toy, or see an outfit for your baby that you love. You can toss in anything you like alongside your recurring AutoShip items. Using the One-Time option is also a great way to reach free shipping, if your AutoShip order falls short of $49. Your One-Time items will usually ship in the same box as the rest of your scheduled order, reducing the number of boxes and packaging needed to get your stuff to your home.
