Our free online fitness community, Garmin Connect™, allows individuals to save and share their progress, access free training plans and join online challenges to compete with other users. They can also choose to share their fitness data from Garmin Connect with their wellness programme — a simple, one-time process.
With the Garmin Connect™ Mobile app, employees can automatically sync certain fitness products to compatible smartphones3 wirelessly. Then they can easily track progress toward daily goals and see where they stand in their online challenges.
