Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Opened software and downloadable items are non-refundable.

Before returning any merchandise call UK freephone 0808 238 0000^* or email us to get a return material authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA number send us your return with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
