Essential: You must be an RYA Senior Instructor - sailing and hold one of the following:

• UKVV Level 1
• MIAS Level 1

As a senior member of staff you will be required to organise and oversee the running of a variety of sessions, as well as supporting the Chief Instructor and Centre Manager with other tasks around the centre. You will be assisting with the running of the centre on a day-to-day basis.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be conscientious and must show initiative. You will need to be a hard working, motivated, flexible and professional person who will lead by example.

Essential: Candidates must be a RYA Senior Instructor - Sailing or Windsurfing (or have completed the course with Action Plan) and have two seasons experience in their chosen sport.  Hold a full UK driving licence and be computer literate.
